On 7 April 2010, the container ship MSC Daniela tied up for the first time at MSC Gate Bremerhaven.
At 366 m long and 51.2 m wide, and with a loading capacity of almost 14,000 TEUs, the vessel has been operating for the Mediterranean Shipping Company since December 2008. The additional call at the port of Bremerhaven was scheduled due to the high tonnage loaded. After the turnaround, the mega-ship will sail for Antwerp.
